How does pre-authorization work?

We authorize your card for an estimate. After delivery we finalize the charge based on actual gallons delivered.

What is your delivery window?

Same- or next-day during heating season, subject to route capacity. We confirm the window after reviewing your order.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Our minimum delivery is 100 gallons. Smaller deliveries may include a small-order fee.

Which towns do you serve?

Avon, Bristol, Burlington, Canton, Harwinton, New Hartford, Torrington, Unionville and surrounding towns.

Do you store my card?

No. Payments are processed by NMI. Card details are tokenized and stored in NMI’s PCI-compliant vault; we receive a non-sensitive token to finalize your delivery charge.

Can you prime and start my burner?

Yes, on request. An additional fee may apply.
