WIN 100 GALLONS OF HEATING OIL

Tudor Energy LLC, P.O. Box 1103, Burlington, CT 06013 (CT HOD #1371) ("Sponsor", "Tudor Energy") sponsors the Tudor Energy Tavern Day 100-Gallon Heating Oil Guessing Contest ("Contest").

Entries are accepted only on September 20, 2026, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Connecticut local time). Entries submitted before or after this window are not accepted, regardless of when they were started.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who reside within, or can arrange for prize delivery within, Tudor Energy’s published service area.

Limit one entry (one guess) per person for the duration of the Contest. Multiple entries from the same person, including under different contact information, are not permitted and may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

Employees, officers, and owners of Tudor Energy LLC, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering, the entrant certifies they meet the age requirement and that the entry is their one permitted guess for this Contest.

During the entry window, complete the online entry form with first name, last name, a whole-number guess for the number of beans in the sealed jar on display, and at least one of a valid email address or phone number (both may be provided).

Entrants must check the boxes confirming they are 18 or older, that this is their one permitted guess, and that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.

Providing marketing consent or selecting a program-interest option (Automatic Delivery, Wireless Tank Monitoring, Tudor Rewards, Budget Plans, or becoming a Tudor Energy customer) is entirely optional and has no effect on entry eligibility or the chance of winning.

The actual number of beans in the jar is independently established and verified before the Contest opens and is kept confidential. It is not disclosed publicly, in any website content, application code, or logs, and is not available to entrants at any time before winner selection is complete.

After the entry window closes, Sponsor compares each valid, eligible entry’s guess to the verified actual bean count using the absolute numerical difference between the guess and the actual count. Guesses that are over the actual count and guesses that are under the actual count are treated identically — only the size of the difference matters.

The valid, eligible entry with the smallest absolute difference is the potential winner.

If two or more valid, eligible entries are tied at the smallest absolute difference, Sponsor will conduct a random selection among only those tied entries and will document how the random selection was performed.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry. The potential winner has 10 calendar days from the first notification attempt to respond and complete eligibility verification. The winner does not need to have been present at the event to win.

If the potential winner does not respond within 10 calendar days, is found ineligible, cannot be verified, declines the prize, or cannot receive an eligible delivery, that entry is disqualified and Sponsor will proceed to the next-closest valid, eligible entry using the same ranking method, subject to the same verification and response timelines.

Once verified, the winner has 60 calendar days from verification to arrange delivery of the prize with Sponsor.

One (1) prize: exactly 100 gallons of home heating oil, delivered by Tudor Energy to an eligible delivery location within Tudor Energy’s published service area. See Tudor Energy’s current Service Area page for coverage.

The actual retail value of the prize depends on Tudor Energy’s applicable retail price for 100 gallons of heating oil at the time of delivery and is not fixed or guaranteed in dollar terms.

No additional purchase is required to receive the prize. The winner may voluntarily order additional gallons at that time under Tudor Energy’s then-current ordinary pricing and terms; doing so is optional and does not affect the prize itself.

The winner (or an authorized occupant/owner of the delivery property) must be authorized to request and permit delivery at the designated property, and delivery must comply with Tudor Energy’s standard safe and legal delivery requirements (e.g., tank access, condition, and any applicable local requirements).

The prize is not transferable to a different delivery address outside Tudor Energy’s service area, is not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Information collected on the entry form is used to administer the Contest (verify eligibility, contact the winner, and comply with these rules) and, only if separately and affirmatively opted in, for Tudor Energy marketing communications.

Marketing consent is optional, is recorded separately from Contest entry, and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting a previously submitted entry.

Contest entries are kept in a dedicated event dataset, separate from Tudor Energy’s customer and order records, and are not used to create a customer account or place any order without the entrant’s separate, explicit request.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, duplicative, incomplete, submitted outside the entry window, submitted by an ineligible person, or otherwise submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost due to technical failure, incomplete submissions, or issues with the entrant’s contact information.

The winner may be responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or these Official Rules, if required to do so by law or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, and will post any material changes on this page.
